• Additional papers by the same registered author will be charged @ 50% of the applicable registration fee per paper for inclusion in the conference.
• Registration fee for participants includes: Attendance to all the conference sessions, keynotes, plenary talks, conference satchel and materials, certification, souvenir and proceedings, refreshments/meals during the conference, and the conference dinner
• Registration fee for accompanying person includes: Attendance to all the conference sessions, keynotes, refreshments/meals during the conference.
• Students should supply valid proof of full-time student status from the University/ Institute to claim student rates.

Students

Accommodation for the student delegates may be arranged in the institute hostel at a nominal price of Rs. 300/- per day (MAP) on twin sharing basis.

Delegates

There are various Good Hotels . available in the Kurukshetra City (within 10 KM) in the range of Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 4000/- per day. Pertinent to mention that pick and drop facility will be provided by the organizers. Please note that the delegate will have to bear the accommodation related expenses.
